Johnson University is seeking a Head Swim Coach to launch and lead our men’s and women’s Swim programs. This position is full-time with additional administrative responsibilities but Johnson will also be considering a part-time position as well. The head coach will be responsible for recruiting and developing student-athletes, overseeing training and competition, fundraising and budgeting, and fostering a culture of excellence aligned with the university’s mission. The ideal candidate will have collegiate coaching experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to academic and athletic success.
