Athletic Director/Housing Graduate Assistant

General Job Summary: This part-time position will assist the Athletic Director and Housing Department with day-to-day operations working 27.5 hours a week. Position located on the Estherville Campus. Applicant must be expected to enroll in a Masters’ Degree Program at their own expense.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in a college athletic department preferred. College residential housing/dorm experience a plus.

Will require flexible hours including weekends and evenings. The additional physical demands normally expected of a coach are required. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance. Required to travel utilizing personal vehicle.

Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Salary:  $15,000 Annual Stipend (August-May) plus Room and Board
