Director of Cross Country and Track & Field
Job Overview: MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas, is seeking a full-time Director of Track & Field & Cross Country to lead and grow a Christ-centered NAIA program. This 12-month position provides leadership in coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, budgeting, and program administration while promoting academic excellence, sportsmanship, and spiritual growth.
Candidates should demonstrate servant leadership, strong communication skills, and a commitment to Christian higher education.
Qualifications:
- Collegiate coaching experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
