Head Coach: Men’s & Women’s Cross Country

CCCK seeks a Head Coach to engage student-athletes in the College’s Christ-centered mission while providing sport-specific instruction and leadership. Primary responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and discipling student-athletes; planning and conducting practices; assessing performance; recruiting and retaining a roster of at least 35 mission-aligned athletes; promoting academic success; and fostering spiritual and community engagement. The coach ensures compliance with institutional and conference policies and supports team development on and off the field.

Bachelor’s degree and prior coaching experience required; master’s preferred. Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred. Must meet travel and physical demands of collegiate athletics. Detailed description available upon request.
