Briar Cliff University is searching for a dynamic and motivated Head Coach to launch the Women’s Flag Football program, with first competition in fall 2027.
The coach is responsible for building, leading, and administering all aspects of competitive NAIA Women’s Flag Football program. Grounded in the university’s values, mission, and commitment to respect for all persons, the Head Coach oversees student-athlete recruitment, player development, offensive/defensive flag football strategy, game planning, budget management, academic tracking, and community promotion.
Priority consideration of applications will begin November 15, with desired start January 1, 2027.
