Head Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Coach
The Head Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Coach is a 12-month position that is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bethel College program within the guidelines set forth by Bethel College, KCAC, and NAIA.
Position highlights:
- Organize practices and competitions
- Recruit, hire and evaluate all assistant coaches
- Perform administrative duties for program in regards to schedules, budget management, travel arrangements, scheduling of practice facility, and academic support
- Purchase and maintain all related equipment
- Maintain NAIA eligibility and all other related documentation
