Job Summary: 

The Head Men’s Soccer Coach oversees all aspects of the men’s soccer program at Hastings College. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, player development, game strategy, and program administration. The coach will work closely with student-athletes to foster a positive and competitive team culture while promoting academic success and personal growth.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
