MidAmerica Nazarene University seeks a full-time Head Softball Coach to lead a competitive NAIA program while supporting the university’s Christian mission. Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting and retaining student-athletes, managing budgets, overseeing practices and competition schedules, promoting academic success and compliance with university, conference, and NAIA regulations, ensuring student-athlete safety and development, fundraising and alumni engagement, and fostering a positive team culture. The successful candidate will demonstrate servant leadership, strong administrative and coaching skills, a commitment to sportsmanship and academic excellence, and the ability to provide a positive and transformative student-athlete experience.
