Head Women’s Flag Football Coach
The United States Sports University (USSU) is seeking a Head Women’s Flag Football Coach to establish and lead its women’s flag football program. This full-time position will oversee all aspects of the program, including student-athlete recruitment and retention, coaching, practices and competition, academic support, budgeting, scheduling, travel, compliance, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a commitment to building a competitive, championship-level program focused on student-athlete success. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of flag football coaching experience are required; collegiate coaching experience is preferred.
