The University of the Southwest seeks a dynamic and mission-driven Head Women’s Soccer Coach to lead its NAIA Division I program. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing student-athletes, conducting effective practices, promoting academic achievement, ensuring compliance with NAIA and institutional policies, and managing program operations within budget. The coach will foster a culture of sportsmanship, integrity, and excellence on and off the field.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Minimum three years of intercollegiate, high school, or club coaching and recruiting experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
