Seeking a skilled transformational leader that will lead and oversee all aspects of a nationally competitive NAIA Women’s Basketball Program, embodying a commitment to excellence on and off the court. CMU finished in the NAIA Fab 4 in 2022 and 2023. As a member of CMU Athletics, you will be responsible for the organization, development, and leadership of the program in all areas; including budget, staffing, fundraising, recruitment, student life guidelines and academic success.
